Giving Back to Indonesian Society: Rising Capital Provides Full Scholarships for Local Underprivileged Students to Study in China
Rising Capital’s Indonesian subsidiary, the Indonesia Education Development Group, has partnered with the Southwest Papua Provincial Government to assist 100 local underprivileged students in pursuing studies in China. Rising Capital will provide full scholarships for these students to engage in a three-year vocational education program. This initiative reflects Rising Capital’s strong commitment to promoting international educational cooperation and talent development in the ASEAN region.
The project focuses on vocational and technical cooperation between ASEAN and China, further enhancing regional education resource sharing and talent exchange. Through collaboration with various sectors in Indonesia, Rising Capital actively responds to the educational internationalization strategy under the Belt and Road Initiative, supporting the modernization of education and talent development in ASEAN countries, especially Indonesia
On January 13, 2024, the first group of 20 students successfully arrived in China and officially began their vocational and technical education. They will learn advanced vocational skills and technologies in China, which will inject new momentum into the development of their hometowns in the future
